It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the American Samoa Department of Education's official web page. We are happy to share our programs and activities in the spirit of transparency and having a well-informed community. We are also proud to recognize the hard work of our students and all ASDOE employees, especially personnel working with our students out in the schools. Their commitment to the work that we do is evident through collaboration, cooperation, teamwork, partnerships, and sacrifices made. Thank you very much for your hard work in molding and shaping the future of American Samoa.

Our theme that will guide our journey forward is, “Our Students Deserve Our Best! “ (“Ia Tatou Faia Mea Sili Mo Fanau A’oga”). It speaks volumes about our pledge, commitment, and obligation to our students’ success in the future. They deserve to receive the best education possible from all of us to ensure they are prepared for and successful in the future.

We look forward to the future with much hope and promise for our students, as they deserve everyone’s best to ensure a brighter future. May Our Heavenly Father continue to bless, protect, and guide all of us and our families especially during these hard times. May God bless our students, our educators, as well as American Samoa.
